Who would not want to know more about the history of one's own family? Who does not want to know more about the origins of one's own name? Perhaps, you have even tried to build your own family tree? This website traces my own journey to obtain information about the origins of the Mirejovsky name, and about the history of our family. I want to make my findings available to all, but especially to those whose last name is Mirejovsky.

City Lanskroun
The town of Lanškroun (historically Landeskrone) was founded in the second half of the 13th century in connection with the royal colonization activities as the main economic centre of the extensive Lanškroun-Lanšperian estate. The town has a regular medieval foundation with a square square in the middle of which stands the Renaissance town hall from 1581-82.
